Receta Citrus Salad With Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 4 c. Mixed greens
- 1 x Orange
- 1 x Grapefruit
- 1/4 c. Chives - minced
- 12 x Shrimp - cooked and peeled
- 1/4 c. Grapefruit juice
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil Salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Directions: Peel orange and grapefruit and separate pcs, cut in half if needed. Add in orange, grapefruit, chives and cooked shrimp to greens. Combine grapefruit juice and extra virgin olive oil for dressing and drizzle over top. Salt and pepper to taste.
