Receta Noodle Salad With Shrimp, Chili And Lime

Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb somen noodles or possibly 1/2 pound vermicelli
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/4 lb fresh shrimp or possibly 1 x 7 ounce tin shrimp, liquid removed, and, rinsed
- 1 tsp chili paste or possibly 1 fresh chili, minced
- 1/4 x inch ginger, grated
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 x juice of one lime
- 1 handf cilantro, minced
Direcciones
- Put the noodles on to cook (they only take 2 min). Rinse the noodles in cool water till they have cooled, drain them and toss them in the sesame oil.
- Toss the remaining ingredients together. Drain the noodles, pour the sauce over and serve.
