Ingredientes
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 7 - 7 1/2 ounce can chopped clams, liquid removed
- 1/4 c. clam broth
- Garlic pwdr
Direcciones
- Place the cream cheese in the bowl, cream it with a spoon till smooth and gradually add in the remaining ingredients, blending well. If a thinner dip is desired, add in more clam broth. Makes approximately 1 pint. This can be served with crackers, potato chips or possibly raw cauliflower.
