Receta Classic Creamy Herb Vinaigrette

Ingredientes
- 4 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. French Vinaigrette (see recipe)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh green herbs (chives, tarragon, oregano)
- 1/2 x lemon juiced
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 pch freshly-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- Whip the cream till soft peaks form. Slowly whisk the vinaigrette into the whipped cream till combined. Whisk in the herbs, lemon juice, and vegetable oil. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Use at once or possibly cover and chill.
- Serve with poached fish and grilled vegetables.
