- 1 lb Fettucine Noodles
- 4 ounce Wedge Parmesan Cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Lowfat milk 2 %

- Cook noodles, drain and return to pot cover to keep hot.Heat lowfat milk till warm not boiling ,Grate cheese in blender till fine, With blender running pour lowfat milk in top and blend till nice and foamy,Pour lowfat milk and cheese mix over noodles and heat on low for 5 min .The purpose of this last step is for the noodles to absorb some of the sauce.Serve warm.
