Receta Claussen Deviled Eggs
Ingredientes
- 3 hard cooked egg yolks
- 2 T mayonnaise
- 1 T prepared mustard
- Add in dill weed to taste
- 6 egg white halves
- 2 T minced Claussen Kosher pickles
- 1 T pickle juice
Direcciones
- Halve and remove the yolk of 3 hard cooked large eggs. Blend yolks with 2 tbsp of mayonnaise, 2 tbsp minced Claussen Kosher pickles, 1 tbsp prepared mustard and 1 tbsp pickle juice. Fill egg white halves with mix. Garnish with dill weed. Makes 6 halves.
