Receta Clementine's Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. Margarine softened
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar packed
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
- 3 c. Oatsl
- 2 c. Chocolate chips
- 1 c. Walnuts minced
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350. Cream margaine with sugars till light and fluffy.
- Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir flour with baking soda, salt and spices; add in to creamed mix, mixing well. Stir in oats. Mix in chips and nuts. Drop by rounded Tbsp. onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 9 min for a chewy cookies, 10 to 11 min for a crisp cookie; remove to wire cooling racks. Store in tightly covered container. About 6 dozen 2" cookies.
