Receta Coca Cola Stroganoff

Ingredientes
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 lb Extra lean diced tenderloin
- 1/2 c. Diced onion
- 1 x Chopped garlic clove
- 1 x Diced celery stalk
- 1 x Diced green bell pepper
- 4 ounce Button mushrooms
- 3 Tbsp. All-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. Beef broth
- 1 1/2 c. Coca-Cola Classic
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. Warm cooked rice or possibly noodles
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh minced parsley

- Heat the oil in a large skillet and brown the tenderloin, add in the onion, garlic, celery, bell pepper and mushrooms, saute/fry till the vegetables are tender, drain excess fat.
- Fold in the flour and cook over low heat for 5 min.
- Add in the broth, Coke , Worcestershire, mustard, soy sauce, paprika, salt and pepper, simmer for 30 min.
- Stir in the lowfat sour cream and continue to simmer for an additional 10 min.
- Serve over the noodles or possibly rice, garnish with minced parsley.
- SERVES 4
- Note don't use diet soft drinks as the sweetener will turn bitter when exposed to heat.
- Use a good red wine instead of the Coke if you prefer.
