Receta Cocktail Chiffon Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt (8 ounce) fat-free cream cheese
- 1 x Jell-o, (4 serv size) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2/3 c. Nonfat dry lowfat milk pwdr
- 1 c. Water
- 1 c. Kool Whip Lite-divided
- 1 can (16 ounce) fruit cocktail, packed in its own juice, liquid removed
- 1 x Keebler, (6 ounce) graham-cracker crust
Direcciones
- In a lg mixing bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon till soft. Add in pudding mix, dry lowfat milk, and water. Mix well using a wire whisk. Mix in 1/2c Kool Whip. Add in fruit cocktail. Mix gently to combine. Pour mix into piecrust. Refrigeratetill ready to serve. Serve with the remaining Kool Whip.

- I have varied the flavors of pudding, fruit, crust; i've added coconut; sprinkled GrapeNuts on top or possibly cinnamon; extracts...be creative!!!
