Name: Cocoa Apple Cake
Ingredients: 3 x Large eggs; 2 c. granulated sugar; 1 c. (2 sticks) butter; 1/2 c. water; 2 Tbsp. cocoa; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp cinnamon; 1 tsp allspice; 1 c. finely minced nuts; 1/2 c. chocolate pcs; 2 x apples, cored and grated or possibly finely minced (2 c.); 1 Tbsp. vanilla; 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Ingredientes

3 x Large eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp allspice
1 c. finely minced nuts
1/2 c. chocolate pcs
2 x apples, cored and grated or possibly finely minced (2 c.)
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour

Direcciones

Beat together Large eggs, sugar, butter and water till fluffy. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, cinnamon and allspice. Add in to creamed mix and mix well. Fold nuts, chocolate, apples and vanilla till proportionately distributed. Spoon into greased and floured 10 inch loose bottom tube pan. Bake in 325 degrees F oven for 60 to 70 min or possibly till cake tests done.
Makes 1 cake.
