Ingredients: 2 c. thick applesauce; 3/4 c. sugar; 1/2 c. brown sugar; 4 x egg whites (or possibly substitute for 2 Large eggs); 3 Tbsp. cocoa; 2 c. flour; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp baking pwdr; 1/4 tsp salt; 1 tsp cinnamon; 2 Tbsp. sugar; 1 tsp cinnamon

Ingredientes

2 c. thick applesauce
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
4 x egg whites (or possibly substitute for 2 Large eggs)
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 c. flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking pwdr
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp cinnamon

Direcciones

Mix dry ingredients together. Add in wet ingredients. Mix lightly. Put into a lined or possibly sprayed 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake about 40 min at 350, until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out dry. Freezes well.
