- 3 T flour
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 lg. can evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 3 large eggs
- 1 c. coconut
Direcciones
- Mix flour and sugar in a bowl, whip it. Add in lowfat milk, vanilla, butter and large eggs. Mix well. Add in coconut. Pour into a greased and lightly floured 9" quiche or possibly pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
