Ingredientes
- 3 c. flour
- 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 2 c. or possibly 1 can pumpkin
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. nuts, minced
- 2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 teaspoon cloves
- 2 teaspoon allspice
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Mix all dry ingredients. Fold in all liquid ingredients. Stir till smooth. Grease and flour four 1-pound coffee cans. Fill half full with batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
