Receta Cold Cucumber Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 x Cucumbers, peeled and seeded, minced
- 1 c. Buttermilk
- 1 c. Vegetable broth
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh basil Salt, to taste
Direcciones
- Microwave onion and garlic with Tbsp. or possibly two of your choice of liquid. Stir in cucumbers and salt to taste. Microwave on High 5 to 7 min or possibly till cucumber is tender. Puree in blender with buttermilk and broth. Refrigeratewell. Stir in basil, salt and pepper when serving.
