Receta Colorful Turkey Pasta Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 1/2 c. cooked pasta cooked and liquid removed (tri-colored rotini )
- 2 c. cooked turkey breast meat cubed
- 1/2 c. onions thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. celery thinly sliced
- 1/4 c. parsley minced
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh tarragon minced (or possibly 1/2 tsp. dry)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, Norbest turkey, onions, celery, parsley, tarragon, oil, vinegar, juice and mayonnaise. Mix thoroughly; cover and chill 1 to 2 hrs, or possibly overnight.
