Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. blueberries, thoroughly liquid removed
- 4 T butter
- 1 lemon
- Powdered sugar
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Blend together flour, lowfat milk, salt and large eggs. Mix in blueberries. Heat butter in a heavy square casserole or possibly black iron frying pan. Pour batter into sizzling butter.Bake 15 min. Remove from heat and squeeze lemon juice over the pancake. Sprinkle liberally with powdered sugar. Serve right from the casserole. Recipe doubles nicely.
