Receta Confetti Mac'n Cheese

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. Minced onion
- 1/4 c. Minced green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
- 1 lb Pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 c. (7 ounce) elbow macaroni, cooked, liquid removed
Direcciones
- Saute/fry vegetables in margarine till tender. Reduce heat to low. Add in process cheese spread and lowfat milk; stir till process cheese spread is melted.
- Stir in macaroni. Spoon into 2 qt casserole. Bake at 350 for 15 min.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if you like.
