Receta Cooked Cranberry And Orange Relish

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Orange juice
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 bag Whole fresh cranberries - (12 ounce)
- 1 Tbsp. Grated orange rind

- Make this a day ahead and serve chilled.
- In a non-reactive saucepan, combine the water, orange juice and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Add in the cranberries and cook only till the skins of the berries pop. Remove pan from heat and add in orange rind. Transfer mix to a bowl and let cold to room temperature.
- Left-overs can be thinned with some liqueur and used as a warm sauce to spoon over frzn yogurt or possibly lb. cake.
- This recipe yields 3 to 4 c. of relish.
