Receta Cooked Meat Fritters

Ingredientes
- 2 c. minced cooked meat
- 1 Tbsp. onion, finely minced
- 1 x salt & black pepper Batter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking power
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 x Large eggs
- 2/3 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Sift flour, baking power & salt into a bowl. Beat Large eggs with lowfat milk. Add in egg mix to flour, stirring in flour gradually & beat to a smooth batter. Stand for several hrs before using. (Makes sufficient to go with 2 c. of meat). Fold meat into batter & fry lge tbs of mix on both sides.
