Receta Cookie Dough Brownies
Ingredientes
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup Dutch-processed cocoa
- 4 eggs (beaten 1 at a time)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup 2% milk
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup graham crackers, ground
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
- 1/4 cup Dutch-processed cocoa
Direcciones
- Brownie: Beat margarine, butter, sugar, cocoa, eggs, flour, vanilla extract and salt.
- Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Cool completely.
- Cookie Dough: Mix butter, sugar and salt until smooth. Beat in milk, vanilla extract and graham crackers. Fold in chocolate chips and mix well.
- Spread over the brownies and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
- Topping: Mix cool whip and cocoa.
- Spread over the cookie dough.
- Decorate.
