Ingredientes
- 1 c. Skim lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. Fat-free mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 2/3 c. Grated cheddar cheese Liquid margarine
Direcciones
- Combine flour,sugar, baking pwdr, garlic pwdr, and salt in bowl.
- Add in lowfat milk and mayonnaise. Mix with rubber spatula till not quite smooth, adding cheddar cheese when almost done mixing. Blend thoroughly into dough.
- Place blobs of dough on lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Give each blob one light spray of liquid margerine.
- Bake at 450 degrees about 25 min till golden brown.
