Receta Corn Meal Griddle Cakes

Ingredientes
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 2 c. boiling lowfat milk
- 2 T butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 T baking pwdr
- 1 c. flour
- Cool lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Put cornmeal in a mixing bowl and cover it with boiling lowfat milk. Stir to a smooth mush. Add in butter and salt. Allow to cool. Sift baking pwdr into flour. Beat into mush. Add in sufficient cold lowfat milk to make a thin batter. Beat till full of bubbles. Bake on hot griddle. Fine served with honey or possibly your choice of syrup.
