Receta Corn Mountain Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 2 large eggs
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 2 c. sifted enriched flour
- 1/4 c. corn meal
- 2 T sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
Direcciones
- Beat large eggs till fluffy and lemon-colored. Beat in buttermilk. Add in sifted dry ingredients. Mix just till thoroughly dampened. Stir in melted butter Spoon on medium hot ungreased griddle. When puffed up and bubbles begin to bread, cook on other side. Makes 16 to 20 large pancakes.
