Receta Corn Muffins Ala Kenny Rogers

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Margarine
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Honey
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c. Flour
- 3/4 c. Yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. Frzn yellow corn
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2. Cream together butter, sugar, honey, Large eggs and salt in a large bowl.
- 3. Add in flour, cornmeal and baking pwdr and blend thoroughly. Add in lowfat milk while mixing.
- 4. Add in corn to mix and combine by hand till corn is worked in.
- 5. Grease a 12-c. muffin pan and fill each c. with batter. Bake for 20-25 min or possibly till muffins begin to turn brown on top.
- Makes 12 muffins.
