- 4 x ripe tomatoes
- 2 c. crumbled cornbread
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 4 x bacon slices - (to 6) cooked, crumbled
- 3 x green onions - (to 4) minced Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste

- Remove tomato cores; scoop out pulp, and place in a bowl, leaving shells intact
- Stir together tomato pulp, cornbread, and remaining ingredients. Spoon mix into tomato shells.
