Receta Corned Beef With Dijon Glaze

Ingredientes
- 3 lb corned beef brisket
- 1/4 c. white vinegar
- 2 x bay leaves
- 3 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 c. orange marmalade
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 4 c. water
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 8 whl cloves
- 1/2 c. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp horseradish

- Place brisket in Dutch oven. Add in water, vinegar, bay leaves, garlic, cloves, and 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 2 1/2 to 3 hrs or possibly till tender. In a small pot, combine Dijon mustard, marmalade, horseradish, and 1/34 c. Worcestershire sauce. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till bubbly. Remove brisket and drain. Throw away liquid. Return brisket to oven and spread with glaze. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
