Receta Cornflakes Meatloaf

Ingredientes
- 1 lb lean grnd beef
- 1 lb grnd veal or possibly lean pork
- 2 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed
- 1 sm onion, minced fine
- 1/4 c. minced parsley
- 3 x Large eggs Salt, pepper and garlic pwdr to taste
- 3/4 c. tomato sauce, ketchup or possibly barbecue sauce
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. With your hands, mix together grnd meat, cornflakes, onion and parsley in a large bowl. In another bowl, whisk Large eggs, salt, pepper, garlic pwdr and tomato sauce. Pour over meat mix, and work in with your hands. Transfer to a lightly greased 9-by-5 inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour, or possibly till juices run clear (160 degrees if using a meat thermometer). Let stand 10 min, pour off any fat, and slice to serve.
