Receta Cottage Cheese And Pineapple Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt lemon or possibly lime gelatin
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1 x Strips green and red bell pepper
Direcciones
- Dissolve gelatin in warm water and add in pineapple juice. Refrigeratetill liquid begins to congeal. Combine liquid removed pineapple, cheese, nuts and salt and fold into gelatin mix. Pour into mold and refrigeratetill hard. Un-mold on lettuce leaves and garnish with mayonnaise and strips of pepper.
