Receta Cottage Cheese Pancakes
Ingredientes
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 2 T oil
- 3 sm. large eggs or possibly 2 lg. large eggs
- 4 T flour">pancake flour or possibly whole wheat flour

- Mix ingredients in blender on slow speed for 30 seconds or possibly blend by regular mixer. All lumps don't have to be eliminated. Makes 6 medium pancakes. Top with butter and favorite syrup.
