Ingredientes
- 2 each beef rounds, cur into 5 oz steaks, pounded slightly- 90 steaks
- 2 gals seasoned flour
- 1 gal eggs (add more if needed)
- 2 qts eggs
- 1 gal bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/4 cup pepper
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 1/4 cup onion powder
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
Direcciones
- Trim fat and silver skin from beef rounds.
- Cut steaks from round making sure to cut across the grain.
- Pound each steak slightly.
- Season flour with salt, pepper, and spices.
- Follow three step process: flour/egg&milk mixture/bread crumbs.
- Sear steaks in hot oil.
- Pan up, cover with gravy, and bake to cook through.
