Ingredientes
- 1 tsp Knox Unflavored Gelatine
- 1/4 c. Cool Skim Lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. Skim Lowfat milk, heated to boiling
- 8 ounce (1 container) 1% milkfat Cottage Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon-style Mustard or possibly horseradish
- 1 tsp Fresh Dill, or possibly 1 Tbsp. dry
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- In blender, sprinkle unflavored gelatine over cool lowfat milk; let stand 2 min. Add in warm lowfat milk and process at low speed till gelatine is completely dissolved, about 2 min. Add in remaining ingredients and process at high speed till blended. Pour into serving bowl; refrigeratetill set, about 2 hrs. Before serving, stir till smooth. Serve with assorted crackers, bread sticks, cocktail breads or possibly your favorite blanched vegetables.
- Makes 2cups dip.
