Receta Courgette With Garlic And Coriander

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 lb Courgette
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tsp Grnd coriander Cayenne pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Quarter courgette lengthwise , then cut pcs in half crosswise.
- 2. Add in courgette to a medium saucepan of boiling salted boiling water and boil uncovered over high heat 3 min or possibly till just crisp-tender.
- 3. Drain well. Transfer to a shallow platter.
- 4. Heat oil in saucepan used to cook courgette, add in garlic and cook over low heat till light brown, about 15 seconds.
- 5. Add in coriander and stir over low heat a few seconds to blend.
- 6. Immediately add in to courgette and toss.
- 7. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper. Serve warm.
