- 1 c. Crab Meat, Cooked
- 2 x Jalapeno Chiles, *
- 1/4 c. Lime Juice
- 2 Tbsp. Onion, Minced
- 1 x Clove Garlic, Finely Minced
- 1 x Pepper, Dash Of
- 1 x Lemon Or possibly Lime Wedges
- 2 x Avocados, Peeled & Minced
- 1/4 c. Tomato, Minced, 1 small
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Or possibly Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Cilantro, Fresh, Snipped
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c. Lettuce, Finely Minced
Direcciones
- * Jalapeno Chiles should be seeded and finely minced.
- Mix all ingredients except lettuce and lime wedges. Place 1/4 c. of lettuce on ead of 6 serving dishes. Divide the crabmeat mix among the dishes. Garnish with lime wedges.
