Receta Crab Stuffed Haddock

Ingredientes
- 2 good haddock fillets
- 1 sm. can mushrooms
- 1 sm. can crab meat
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2/3 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 T sherry (optional)
- 1/2 c. light cream
Direcciones
- Put together all ingredients except fillets. Use all the liquid from mushrooms and crab. Salt and pepper to taste. Place one fillet in greased pan, spread crab dressing over it and place second fillet o top. Sprinkle with buttered breadcrumbs and paprika. Bake 30 min at 350 degrees.
