Receta Cranberry Banana Oat Muffins

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. Flour
- 1 1/4 c. Oats
- 2/3 c. Sugar
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 x Egg
- 2 c. Mashed bananas
- 1/3 c. Margarine
- 1 c. Cranberries
Direcciones
- Combine first six dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix well. Beat egg, banana and melted margarine together. Add in banana mix to dry ingredients. Stir to blend. Stir in cranberries just to mix. Fill greased muffin c. almost full. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 min or possibly till set.
