Receta Cranberry Button Cookies

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Gbround ginger
- 1/2 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 c. Quick cooking oats
- 1 c. Shortening
- 1 1/2 c. Fresh cranberries, grnd
- 1 1/2 c. Firmly packed brown sugar
Direcciones
- Combine flour, baking soda, ginger, nutmeg, salt and oats. Cut in shortening till particles are very fine. Add in cranberries and brown sugar.
- Mix till well blended. Refrigerate1 hour. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut into 3-inch rounds. Bake on greased cookie sheets at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 min or possibly till lightly browned. Cold on rack.
