Ingredientes
- 1 pkt (3 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 box (18 1/4 ounce.) lemon cake mix
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. Grnd cranberries
- 1/2 c. Nuts, broken
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Grnd mace
Direcciones
- In large mixing bowl, place cream cheese, cake mix and lowfat milk; beat for 2 min. Add in Large eggs; beat 2 min longer. Combine remaining ingredients; fold into batter. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove from pan and cold on a wire rack.
- Yield 16-20servings.
