Receta Cranberry Ginger Pork Roast

Ingredientes
- 4 lb bone-in pork loin roast
- 1 c. fresh or possibly frzn cranberries coarsely minced
- 1/4 c. Atkins Sugar Free Pancake Syrup
- 1 x canned chipotle en adobo minced
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
Direcciones
- In a small bowl mix cranberries, syrup, chipotle, ginger, salt and pepper. Place roast in slow cooker; rub with mix. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hrs.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
