Receta Honey Ginger Pork Roast

Ingredientes
- 1 x center-cut boneless pork loin - (5 lbs)
- 1 Tbsp. freshly-grated ginger root
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp grnd ginger
- 2 tsp salt Honey for brushing
Direcciones
- Run knife between fat and meat to create pockets on top of roast. Using a long-bladed knife, insert grated ginger into pockets.
- In small bowl, mix extra virgin olive oil, grnd ginger, and salt. Place pork in roasting pan and brush with oil, ginger, and salt mix. Bake at 350 degrees, allowing 30 min per lb..
- About 15 min before roast is done, brush meat completely with honey. Allow roast to stand 15 to 20 min before slicing.
