Receta Cranberry Jalapeno Relish

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt (12 ounce.) fresh or possibly frzn cranberries (I used fresh that may be hard to get at this time of the year)
- 1 whl lime
- 3/4 c. Granulated sugar (scant)
- 1 x Jalapeno or possibly serrano peppers, seeded and chopped (up to 2)
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh cilantro

- Yield: approximately 2-1/2 c.
- 1. Place cranberries in food processor fitted with steel blade; process till coarsely minced. Transfer to bowl.
- 2. Cut lime with peel, into small chunks. Process till finely diced. Add in to cranberries along with sugar and jalapeno. Fold in cilantro. Chill relish several hrs to allow flavors to mellow and blend. If relish gets too "juicy" drain it. Add in liquid to seltzer or possibly other sparkling water for a really zippy drink.
