Receta Cranberry Walnut Bread

Ingredientes
- 2 3/4 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 teaspoon grated orange peel
- 1/2 c. fresh squeezed orange juice
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 lg. large eggs
- 1/2 c. walnuts
- 1 c. grnd cranberries or possibly 1 c. leftover cranberry relish
- 1 pkg. soft cream cheese
- 2 T honey
- 3 T orange juice
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
Direcciones
- Grease a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. In a large bowl, put together sugar, large eggs, lowfat milk, butter, salt, orange peel, orange juice and cranberries. In another bowl, mix flour, soda, baking pwdr and nuts.Put together all ingredients and pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min or possibly till toothpick comes out clean. Cool on rack. Serve with spread.
