Receta Mock Chow Mein

Ingredientes
- 1 lb grnd turkey
- 1 med onion minced
- 2 c. minced celery
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. skim lowfat milk
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 c. chow mein noodles
Direcciones
- In a large skillet begin to brown grnd turkey and onion. After several min add in the celery, mushrooms, water and soy sauce. Cover pan tightly, lower heat, and cook for 5 min.
- Fold in rice and skim lowfat milk. Bake in covered casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, uncover and sprinkle chow mein noodles on top. Return to oven uncovered for a few min. Serve warm.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
