  1. In a large skillet begin to brown grnd turkey and onion. After several min add in the celery, mushrooms, water and soy sauce. Cover pan tightly, lower heat, and cook for 5 min.
  2. Fold in rice and skim lowfat milk. Bake in covered casserole for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from oven, uncover and sprinkle chow mein noodles on top. Return to oven uncovered for a few min. Serve warm.
  3. This recipe yields 6 servings.
