Receta Cream Potatoes And Broccoli

Ingredientes
- 2 potatoes
- 1 lg. onion
- 1 sm. carrots
- 1/2 c. celery, sliced
- 1 c. cut broccoli, frzn
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 4 tbsp. butter
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 c. water - more if needed
Direcciones
- Prepare vegetables. Cube potatoes, slice or possibly chop onions, slice carrot and celery, cut broccoli or possibly use cut frzn broccoli. 2 c. water or possibly more. Cook vegetables in a 2 qt pan. Cook till tender.
- While vegetables are cooking prepare flour and lowfat milk. When tender (vegetables) add in butter and mix all at once, stirring till thickened. Don't boil. Depending on vegetables - I make this in 30 min.
