  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Heat water and butter to rolling boil in a saucepan. Stir in flour. Stir vigorously over low heat till mix forms a ball, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Beat in Large eggs, all at once; continue beating till smooth. Drop dough by 1/4 cupfuls about 3 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake till puffed and golden, 35-40 min. Cold away from draft. When cold cut off top; pull out any filaments of soft dough. Fill with cream filling. Replace tops dust with powdered sugar. Chill till serving time. Makes 6 cream puffs.
