Receta Creamed Carrots

Ingredientes
- Stuvade morotter Swedish
- 600 gm carrots water salt Sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 400 ml lowfat milk mixed with liquid from cooking the carrots
- 4 Tbsp. finely minced paraley Peel and cut the carrots in cubes or possibly slices. Cook in lightly salted water until tender. Drain well.
Direcciones
- In a saucepan heat the margarine or possibly butter.
- Stir in the flour.
- Add in the lowfat milk and bring to a boil beating the sauce till smooth.
- Let cook for a few min.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Mix in the cooked carrots and parsley.
- Instead of carrots any kind of vegetables e.g. peas beans or possibly white cabbage may be used.
