Receta Creamed Fresh Corn

Ingredientes
- 4 ears corn
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grnd pepper
- 1/2 c. whipping cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Cut corn from cob, scraping cob to remove pulp. Combine corn and sugar. Refrigerate1 hour. Heat butter in saucepan over medium heat. Add in corn. Cook 1 minute. Stir in pepper. Gradually add in whipping cream, stirring constantly. Cook uncovered over medium heat for 10-12 min or possibly till liquid is absorbed, stirring corn frequently. Stir in salt.
