Ingredients: 12 x Ears fresh corn, cut from the cobb; 1 c. Water; 1 1/4 lb American cheese; 1 c. Heavy cream; 1 c. Smoked sausage, diced; 1 sm Sweet onion, diced finely Crushed potato chip crumbs Salt & pepper to taste

Ingredientes

12 x Ears fresh corn, cut from the cobb
1 c. Water
1 1/4 lb American cheese
1 c. Heavy cream
1 c. Smoked sausage, diced
1 sm Sweet onion, diced finely Crushed potato chip crumbs Salt & pepper to taste

Direcciones

In a large pan over medium-high heat, heat cheese in water. When cheese is melted, add in all remaining ingredients except chip crumbs and combine. Heat through. Season with salt & pepper. Place in a large casserole dish and top with a layer of potato chip crumbs. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 25-30 min or possibly till heated through.
Remove cover and brown on top.
