Receta Creamed Shrimp In Bread Cups

Ingredientes
- 1 tbsp. onion
- Dash of garlic salt or possibly juice
- 1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced and liquid removed
- 6 tbsp. butter
- 6 tbsp. flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- Grated cheese (optional)
- 1/2 c. or possibly 2 cans shrimp
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pepper
- Dash or possibly healthy pinch of nutmeg
- Vermouth (optional)
- 4 slices bread
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onion, garlic and mushrooms in butter. Remove mix from pan, leaving butter. Blend flour into butter gradually add in lowfat milk and cook till thick and smooth. Add in shrimp, salt, pepper, nutmeg, Vermouth, and mushroom mix. Cut crust off bread, brush with butter on both sides. Bake in muffin tins at 400 degrees or possibly 10-15 min. Fill c. with creamed shrimp.
