Receta Creamed Tuna On Rice

Ingredientes
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 2 cans chunk tuna
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 4 tbsp. flour
- Salt, pepper & paprika to taste
Direcciones
- Cook rice according to directions on package. While cooking prepare sauce as follows:
- Heat butter in top of double boiler over warm water. Add in flour, salt, pepper and paprika stirring till blended and smooth. Remove from stove. Add in lowfat milk slowly, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Cook till smooth. Then add in tuna and heat thoroughly.
- Pour creamed tuna over bed of cooked rice. Garnish with minced parsley, grated cheese or possibly minced olives if you wish. Serves 6.
