Ingredientes
- 5 ounce chunk white chicken in water -- liquid removed
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp lowfat milk
- 1/4 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp grnd black pepper
- 2 x baked potatoes -- warm
Direcciones
- Combine everything but potatoes in small saucepan and heat through on low.
- Cut warm potatoes lengthwise and open. Spoon chicken mix on top. Serve immediately.
- Yield: 2 servings.
